Green renovations to the historic Morse block emphasized the building's architectural legacy while integrating modern design elements. A fusion of Indian culture and jazz, created a space that fit the needs of the commercial entities and maintained the building's historic integrity. Designed in collaboration with Ted Pratt. 1993.
