Urban infill development projects, like that at 1427 and 1433 Pearl Street in Boulder, Colorado, demonstrate that it's possible to maintain a neighborhood's historic integrity and have modern constructions. This project integrated old and new in a way that was both beautiful and eco-friendly. Designed in collaboration with Midjette architects. 1996.
